Anybody can advise you that when you are angry, take a deep breath, a moment of silence, don't do anything until your mind settles down etc.. I think this is easy said than done. Because when you are angry.. it is very hard to control yourself. The way to achieve this, is a long process of training our mind. We need to understand the consequences of anger by our heart. Just by revisiting all situations that we were angry, and again don't defend why you were angry, but just see the effects, like physical wounds, emotional turmoil lasting for days, relationship breakups.. etc. Once this goes deep inside your mind, you will be more kinder than you were before.
