Being Natural

  • The most important thing in life is being present in the moment. This could be the solutions to all our problems. If we are intensely present in the present or being conscious of every actions we do, could evaporate all our problems.
  • We are responsible for all our problems. Normally we say, somebody hurt us by their words or actions, actually we let some body's words or actions take control of our mind, which would lead us to be unhappy. So let us not allow somebody control our mind.
  • We always keep accumulating our memory bank with all our actions and experiences. This memory is the tool with which our subconscious mind executes all our actions. So our subconscious mind compares each our actions with the memory bank and executes the reaction that was registered in our memory bank for that particular action. In the same way we compare other people's actions with our memory bank (we always believed our actions are the best and our knowledge is the ultimate truth) and judge the other people's action. So by being intensely present in each moment, and conscious of our actions could weaken the hold of our subconscious mind. This memory bank is really the root cause of our misery in this life.

Importance of Breathing

Breathing is the primary function of human body which keeps him alive. This signifies the importance of breathing, we are alive till we are breathing and we are dead once we stop breathing. But we hardly ever notice that we are breathing, breathing normally happens mechanically. You may ask me why should I know about breathing when it is automatically taken care off. Yes, it is automatically happening, but that is the problem, when breathing happens without our consciousness, it gets affected by our emotions and most of the time we will be doing shallow breathing. Our emotions vary across the day, getting angry, always in a hurry, sad etc. In turn during these emotions our mind works more on emotions and forgets breathing, when breathing is neglected it often becomes shallow and abnormal. At any point if we just observe our breathing we will know what state of mind we are in, we are at peace or going through a problem or trouble. If we are at peace or joyous our breathing will be normal,

Becoming does not contain Being

Ambition in any form for spiritual achievement is action postponed.    Desire is ever of the future; the desire to become is inaction in the present.  The now has greater significance than the tomorrow.  In the now is all time and to understand now is to be free of time.  Becoming is the continuation of time and of sorrow.  Becoming does not contain Being.  Being is always in the present and being is the highest form of transformation.  Becoming is merely modified continuity, and there is radical transformation only in the present, in being.
